Our Story

Seemly Consulting & Management is the solution to a problem not many homeowners are aware of until it is too late. As Project Managers for the client, the Seemly team takes on the role of protecting the client and the project’s best interest and ensuring that all team members are performing at their highest levels.

With over 12 years of experience in the construction industry and a BFA in Interior Design, Seemly Founder and Principal Luciana Tescari, has overseen the new construction and renovation of ultra-high-end retail, commercial, and residential projects in cities like Miami, Chicago, Aspen, and New York. Combined with the team experience in design, procurement, and logistics, Seemly’s clients receive a service that protects them and promotes excellence in their projects.

Our Team

Luciana Tescari
Founder and Principal

Graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design, Luciana jumped into the construction world on day 1. After joining a Design-Build firm, our principal got her start building out condos in Downtown Miami and Brickell.

After a few years, Luciana moved on to retail construction and spearheaded several projects under the LVMH brand in the Miami Design District before she focused on the construction of ultra-high-end homes in Golden Beach, FL.

Over the last 5 years, Luciana has focused on representing clients in the Residential and Commercial markets in Aspen and New York, overseeing the development and construction of projects from start to finish.

Grace Trocell
Project Coordinator

With a background in the arts and sales, Grace brings a unique attitude to Project Management. Having worked on the renovation of high-end New York residential projects over the past 5 years, Grace is experienced in the coordination and logistics needed to bring the final touches to any project.

Coco
Intern Paw-ject Manager

Seemly’s most recent hire, Coco is an American Bully puppy who’s posing as an intern. He’s highly experienced in taking naps, getting pets, and giving side eye to team members when they’re running behind schedule.
